Our world class service center for drilling rigs and other drilling equipment in Dubai Investment Park was opened in 2020.
ALBARIQ has a total of 7 service centers throughout UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
By staff count the service department is our largest department with approx 50 staff directly involved in our aftersales operations and we continue to invest to strengthen our after sales support further.
Our service department is fully digitalized with both asset management and case managment and sceduling. Log a service case directly into our system and it will automatically enter our scheduling.
